trail runners = GOOD! If the pack weights are kept VERY low, trail runners are far better than boots. From anecdotal evidence, boots seem to cause MORE injuries. |

weight of TYVEC can be zero. Take the weight of the TYVEC to zero. Don't use anything, it's a tent with a floor right? Just take a few extra seconds to clean out any pointy sticks or rocks, you'll be fine. |
