My Locale North Carolina
About Me I grew up in VA exploring and camping the woods around my house. As a teen in the 80's I learned how to backpack by reading books. Back then my pack weight was a respectable 27 lbs and I hit the woods every chance I got. Once adult life took over it was rare to take an overnighter. I faced several challenges during my middle age life and turned to the outdoors to restore me. As my knowledge and skills advanced, my base weight dropped to below 5 lbs. With this came a freedom that I had never experienced before.

I did all the bonding with Hysol U-09FL. This included the ridgeline and all 8 reinforcement patches. I was a bit worried at first since after several hours it was still movable, but after 24 hours...

Re: Tarp
The finished dimensions are 106” x 57” x 45”. The sides are cut shorter 3" at the front and 1" at the rear. This makes the corners closer to 90 degrees. Jamie

Re: CCF Pad, MLD Burn
It depends on thickness of the pad and the remaining gear to put inside. A GG 3/8" pad full length (59") is going to eat up about 450 cu in or 25% of the inside volume leaving maybe 1500 ...
