The old sealer needs to be scrubbed off with warm water and a soft scrub pad before it is replaced, be forewarned alcohol or harsh chemicals can eat thru the polyurethane coating of the tent. In my...

I have never noticed any water being absorbed by either my blue foam CCF or my ridgerest and have never had a bag wet out as a result of using one that has been in the rain. Also, just curious ...
