I usually take most of the same 0.3 AMK kit I add climbing tape, some gauze, a stetchy wrap, a bit of antibotic ointment And if im carrying a light pack i use a SAM splint as a backpanel ... ...

Two questions before i give you a proper answer - what layers do you usually wear when moving out of those you listed - when you stop are you damp from sweat ... Of are you still fairly dry ...

for climbing there is a not exceptionally rare chance that you may get injured somehow ... a fall, rock fall, ice fall, scraping the rock the wrong way, sharp objects on winter gear, etc ... ...

Micheal Thanks for your suggestion of taking off the windshirt ... Unfortunately i would still like some protection from the snow, minor drizzle, and occasional wind gusts ... So i a higher CFM ...

Michael Perhaps you can recommend how i can use a low CFM windshirt in anything but a PNW winter Currently with a very light long sleeve base layer and a windshirt (marmot trail wind) i sweat...

Montbell Extremely Light Down Jacket
the key to using this jacket is to use it under a windshell or synthetic jacket like a nanopuff by itself the shell is fairly fragile, there are no pockets, there is no waist string ... however ...
