NPT
The Northville-Placid Trail at 120 miles is one of the longer options. Lots of ways to turn sections of the NPT into loops as well.

I store mine in the freezer too, space permitting. It gets bagged up after it comes out of the dehydrator, and I let it cool on the countertop, making sure that there is no condensation in the bag ...
