A framed pack that has the shoulder straps attached 1-2" above the top of the shoulder will transfer the weight to the hip belt. That should work fine. The lumbar pack may be a good option...

I believe there use to be a soap with that in it, indented for use as a hand soap among other uses. Came in a green bottle. It worked REALLY well. As far as I know it was removed from the market...
