It really depends on the pack. Some packs come without all the extra frills, and there is little to remove except some extra lengths of straps. But kudos to you for getting rid of that much!

Looks like you got the tarp pretty taunt. Your side tie out lines are too long. Go for 18" - 24" inches in length. Will make a big difference in windy conditions.
