My Locale South Florida
About Me I have a place in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and hike there a few times a year and looking forward to retiring there in a few years.

In Florida, most of my camping involves kayaking on our beautiful river swamps and kicking the alligators off the banks to pitch a tent.

Re: Rain mitt options?
How about this option - no rain mitts. Wear a poncho with sleeves that cover your hands. The problem with mitts or gloves is they all have a big hole in them (where you put your hands) which in...

The North Face Diad (mens large) as far as a rain jacket goes. For the 9 ounces it is well built and well equiped. It's breathability comes from the pit zips. IMO no waterproof jacket, includi...
