For years Jacksrbetter has offered just what you're looking for. I use their Hudson River as an UQ, and have used it as a loaner TQ for friends.

Jeremy, I've taken a version of your setup on trips a few times and it works exceptionally well w/ the Ti-wing and a tealight for alcohol.

Unless you KNOW that you'll have no condensation in your bivy, I recommend NOT storing insulating items in the bivy. That will lead to an inconvenience, at best...a cold, damp night at worst.

Well I like my Patrol, but can't comment on usage of the YG. I personally stay away from the tiny front sentry inner-nets like MLD's Serenity. Their bug bivy makes for easier entry/exit...
