Re: Re: New Solomid Design
Re: new SoloMid vs DuoMid, I've been pitching the DuoMid as a solo shelter for years. The amount of extra space you get makes the difference in weight well spent.

Hard call...
Frankly, given your stated criteria/situation it's hard to pick between Santa Fe or Durango. Both are well situated to hit all sorts of year-round outdoor activities with a short drive. So wh...

I use tarp/bivy...
I still use a tarp/bivy combo. It's a pyramid tarp, though, and I think of the lightweight bivy mostly as bug protection and a replacement for a groundsheet. Not uncommonly I don't even z...

Dear Craig,
I'm not hyperventilating or any such thing, Craig. I just have no way to lend emphasis other than caps. :) But 800mg of ibuprofen every 4 hours is a scary dose. No kidding. And ulcers ar...

That dosing seems off...
800mg every 4 hours is a METRIC CRAPTON of Ibuprofen. In fact, it is twice what has traditionally been considered the high end of safe. I will point out that the studies in that meta-analysis did...
