Small, light, and cheap.
Yeah, the NRS-3000T at 25 grams, is $14.32 with free shipping from gearbest and has a small flame pattern. Folds up super compact. That and a mini-Bic.

In addition to Brian's thoughtful comments, I wear glasses. Not contacts. An umbrella works much better to keep my glasses dry (and the better ventilation lets them dry) than a rain jacket...

I hear the way to get a fast evac off the North Slope is to tell Barrow the victim is local. Not many mayors of 3000 person towns have Lear jets, but Barrow does.
