Not with cord that is 2.5 to 3 mm in diameter, but with anything smaller, yes, wet or dry. If you are into Nanos, you can install them at the tarp by threading the Nano loop through the tarp web...

I tried a pair of the Sprint Aquatics and found that the XL(or whatever the largest was) was to small/tight for my 10.5-11.0 feet. Otherwise, they would have been great.
