the Minimalist from BearPaw might also be worth a look. Not quite a full inner net, but more wiggle room than a bivy. Not sure how the vertical end would do under the angled back wall of a Trails...

UL pillow
Cocoon UL Air Core, I believe it's 2.7 oz., about $30. Has some synthetic insulation in it too, really comfortable!
