I guess I don't understand the question, are you asking how you use it because it doesn't have a dedicated sleeve for a bladder? Just throw the bladder on top of everything else and feed...

alcohol fuel
none of the various alcohol fuels are toxic if you don't drink them... You're cooking with it, not consuming it, I prefer HEET in the yellow bottle (Methanol) because it's dirt cheap...
