I thought acetazolamide caused bicarb to excreted in the urine. I don't think it directly causes potassium excretion. However it all seems to be unclear. Linky: http://jap.physiology.org/c...

Ice Cream Diet
I tried that Ice cream diet once....The weight came off but the ice cream headaches were terrible! ;) Edit: Forgot to mention only have fruit flavoured ice cream, the others are bad for you!!

Base weight Categories
I believe the most commonly accepted definitions based on base weights are: Lightweight - 10-20lbs UL - under 10 lbs SUL - under 5 lbs XUL - under 2.5 lbs (Not sure about this one)
