About Me Hiking is something I kind of fell into to. I have always enjoyed camping both as a child and now as an adult. When my brother decided to take up hiking I noticed that all my friends enjoyed it too.
I like the minimalist philosophy of less is more. From the beginning I have made an effort to carry as little weight as possible and only what I need. The concept was one I had been practicing on family vacations and trips since I was a teenager.

Crosby Manitou State Park
As soon as I decide on a small light camera I'll bring my own! I was just given an Argus Bean Sprout camera. At 1oz it's interesting but the resolution is low and storage is small.

Re: Cleaning/drying your Platy
Hanging it to dry will slow down dry times because the water vapor becomes trapped inside. I've been told by a good friend to lay it horizontally for drying.

Re: Need tips for sewing nylon fabrics
I haven't tried this but perhaps double sided tape might work? I know they make some fabric glues that are temporary and will wash away for this purpose as well.
