Defeet Woolies! I use a dedicated pair of ankle height Defeet "Woolie Boolies" to sleep in. They are 2.65 oz or 75 g a pair. They are more medium weight than heavy, but that thick merino wool is TOASTY! |

Try them both... Watch the video, and try both methods. The pulling back method does work, but it doesn't make the same large, hot sparks as the thumb method. It doesn't really send the spark forward either... |
