I was fine at 25F without the foam pad last weekend... Just wish we could have stuck around longer, would have enjoyed sitting in the hot springs in the snow.

It depends on the weather and the pitch. I've pitched it on the ground a couple times in a flying diamond, one point into the wind on the ground - it sheds wind just as well that way as it does...
