REI Cruise UL 60 Pack?
Anybody seen or tested one of these yet? I've been thinking about one of the Granite Gear Nimbus models, but this seems lighter and cheaper. Thoughts?

Thanks for the replies. I'd been looking at GG, but the REI price looked so good in comparison. I may wait.

Here's a stupid newbie question - what's wrong with these? You never hear about them, or read any reviews, yet they seem fairly light, and reasonably priced.

I think a lot of the issue is cost. I have realized, as I've returned to scouts at the age of 48 with my son... that I have to cut some weight. I did break down and find a Kelty 50th anniversay pac...

Nice bag. 1/2 zipper is kind of a pain, and makes it hard to use as a quilt. Seems true to rating.

Replaced my Exos 58 with this, much more comfortable, with more weight. Got a deal on a 2008 model, and added the dual stays. A lot bigger pack than I'll use most of the time. Gained some weight o...

Switched to this for more durability, and the ability to carry more water in the desert. Works like a champ, and you couldn't ask for better customer service.

I have to ding it a little for the hip belt. I think the hip belts on the large runs small, because it didn't wrap around me enough to be effective. And that may not be fair to ding it, because al...

Mine kept me warm in the upper 20s, so I'm happy. I'm not completely sure it would reach 20, and keep you warm for 8 hours. But it's a great product for a great price.
