I need a wide toebox and wear the Patagonia toast and jam. Rockports have worked well for me in the past as well. The rest of the time I wear crocs or flipflops.

I wear the trail version of the Nike Pegasus but GoLite and Inov8 have options that work for wider feet. I usually get a 10.5 EEEE but an 11 in the Nike works.

I think Ryan J just uses opsacks if he can't find trees. Pretty sure that's what the methods are for the WTS3 course as well.

I don't use anything usually. I tend to sleep on my stomach and a pillow doesn't work for me there. I use my arm if I happen to roll on my side and I almost never sleep on my back.
