You might be able to remove the sleeve. Yo can also trim the straps. My Nimbus Meridian did squeek but I never bothered to try and fix it. Pretty sure it happens where the suspension joints respons...

Yeah, I looked at those. I was a 34 last year but now those are a little too big on me in most brands. Probably closer to a 32 these days.
