Vinegar
I take cheese cloth and dampen it with vinegar. The vinegar will retard mold growth and the clotha will soak up some of the oily residue from the cheese.

You got to freeze them
Freeze them first. This cracks the skin and allows them to dry afterwards.

Peaches
I do not like the peaches. Too tart, not very peach like. Blueberries are the best. I think it brings out the flavor more.
