It took me about 15 years to realize their logo was not an asterix - that is how good their marketing is. But I still own and cherish a bunch of their fantastic gear.

They w ould probably be ok nutrient-wise, though recently dehydrated (as opposed to freeze dried)ones would probably have a bit more taste and nutrients - though both ways lower the nutrient value ...
