Thanks one and all
As I indicated, I currently use a Lunar Solo that I stuff. I am looking at cutting a pound by switching to a tarp setup and you have allayed my concerns.

+1 on the SMD Lunar Solo Luna Solo in the west branch of Cottonwood Creek, Grand Canyon National Park With that said, I am looking at a beaked tarp and a bug bivi to save a pound.

Cool, looks like a great piece of gear at a reasonable price with great availability. I called MLD about their Serenity Shelter/Patrol Shelter and they are back-ordered for weeks.
