Re: Re: Inertia O Zone sleeping pad
Well I bought one of these pads and have used it a couple nights now. I ended up cutting off the pillow at the top because I didn't like it. Every time I used it was with a 20 degree down mummy...

Re: 10d vs pertex

Re: Re: Re: Xtherm overweight
I had a Small XTherm and it came in a little under weight. The weight is within 10%. I don't think it's defective. Probably just a little bigger and/or slightly more durable than normal ...

Re: Re: Hybrid Patches
Make a silnylon sock for your trekking pole handles. Or just use a stuff sack. That should help mitigate any abrasion.

Re: Re: Re: wow, thanks!
Dave, I don't see where the two bear can requirement is. I just see that he wants to carry a single 2-lb bear can? Seems like the most of the packs suggested should be able to handle that.

Re: wow, thanks!
If you look at your pack weight, how many miles do you expect to actually be carrying 35-40 lbs? Food weight goes down each day and water weight can go down quickly in a few hours (each liter of wa...
