My Locale Norcal
About Me Hey, I'm looking for tips to go lighter and ideas for more trips. I've only been backpacking for 4 years and just recently realized my pack could've been MUCH lighter. I usually do two 9 day trips, three 5 day trips and a few weekend trips a year so I'd like to make the most out of the little time I have. I need to branch out of the same 'ol romps I frequent.

Re: MLD Exodus FS
Heath, I'm curious why you decided against the zpacks? I need a new pack too and was leaning towards the Zpacks with the new hybrid cuben fabric.

Post Trip Noshing
For me is usually salt and vinegar Kettle chips and a Red Bull or Monster for the long usually late-night drive home. A beer and a burger would put me through a telephone pole (from the food coma).

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: REI clearance tip
If you specifically buy another item just to use the 20% off they still get about a 20% markup (depending on manu/price/item) on whatever you're buying so technically they are still making a pr...
