I have a Hexamid Twin and it's too small for your criteria unless your dog is VERY small. I think the Bears Den will be too small as well, though I have no personal experience with it.

IIRC, .34, .51 and .74 all have the same thickness of mylar, but the amount of dyneema increases wit each increase in material weight. So I would thnk they all have similar abrasion resistance but ...
