I will tell you that you need to fill up water at Carter hut/pond. at least when i did it there was nothing until Imp shelter, which is a bit off trail but nice source. not sure about stealth cam...

Not sure if PCT keeps stats like AT 2014- 2500 started NOBO, 1200 made it half way, 650 finished 240 started SOBO, 76 completed.
