bottom line
use it and dont worry about it ... if it doesnt meet your needs EB will refund or exchange it to your satisfaction ... its called a "what me worry on BPL?" purchase ...

mmmm ... bears are sooo warm ;) i think its better to say that i default to absolutely and utterly keeping your down sleeping bag dry .... i use more a synth bag these days so its not a concern ...

ahhh ..... but what if it gets colder than expected ... just suffer ? ;) there people yakking about carrying UL camp chairs around here, no "true" UL BPLer needs a chair ... i doubt...

hawt nalgenes
i am a fan of hawt nalgenes, but do not use them to reduce the weight of the down ... the reason they work so well in winter is that you are going to spend the fuel to melt the ice/snow anyways ......

Montbell Extremely Light Down Jacket
the key to using this jacket is to use it under a windshell or synthetic jacket like a nanopuff by itself the shell is fairly fragile, there are no pockets, there is no waist string ... however ...
