sleeve use... A zipper long enough to go around the arm at the shoulder weighs more than the tab system on JRB Down sleeves... Tabs let one use the sleeves w/o the vest also...This is a nice feature too. ... |

Another repair option Another approach is to turn the round hole into an elongated football shape about 3 to 4 times its length, pinch it shut to the inside and sew it closed...works well...easy...long lasting....does ... |

Re: adhesive velcro Dwight, Preveous attempts to uses stick on velcro resulted in failure under damp conditions and field use...personally. I recommend sewing velcro, seal the back as necessary. Pan |
