About Me Originally from Louisiana, I enjoyed camping in my Boy Scouting days and eventually became an Eagle Scout. Many years later (2002), I discovered backpacking after going on an REI multisport trip to Alaska. My first backpack was to Grand Canyon, and I was hooked!

LNT approach seems like a failure to me. Their website and principles are not clear enough for people to understand easily what their conduct should be in the wilderness.

Last Friday I ordered a Axiom Journey Uni-Fit MK 2 to try out. It was mentioned by my bike manufacturer. I may try it out on an upcoming San Juan Hut bike trip. I do like your built in fender.
