Interesting, when I googled it, there don't seem to be many hiking guides - unless you want to hunt. A few kayaking guides though, have you thought of that kind of trip? Sounds pretty wonder...

Don't know about the double rainbow pole, but the CB3 sells with two poles, adding the third pole is extra ($13 if I remember correctly).
