It will work if: you are a warm sleeper you are well fed you are inside a full doublewall tent(non mesh) On a very warm and large pad (make sure it's wide enough for the huge winter bag). ...

I don't even trust the short range forecasts that much ;-)
The good news is, this is only a 4 day trip, so I can check the forecast before we leave and adjust accordingly, and have reasonable accuracy.
