NB Fugu
I saw someone offering one of those freakishly warm New Balance Fugu jacket's in Gear Swap a few days ago. No hood, but still...you'd need a parka with 300g+ of fill to be in the same league.

I would think that ANY outer layer capable of adequately insulating at 0F would also have a windproof fabric. It's not like you will be plodding around in a Houdini! Also pretty sure at 0F t...

+1 The MH Epic is a nice cold wet weather glove and OutDry is made for gloves and boots. My wife uses what I assume to be an older model with yellow trim in the gauntlet.

I think bottoms will only work if you wear pants that can vent. Unless you are just looking for a matching PJ of course! Cap 2 or merino 2/3 might be better.
