My Locale Under a bush in Scotland
About Me I've hiked, climbed and backpacked for over 30 years, mostly in the Scottish Highlands. I used to run distance, and adventure races. Injuries have curtailed that. I'm 'into' anything outdoor orientated. Wildlife watching is a favourite past-time.

I actually do like lentils Lynn! :) I tend not to worry about what i eat or drink though. That's the point i was trying to make. I never deny myself anything just because it's 'bad'...

I had the same worries. I tried using my TiGoat poles in my Hex and my Duomid. The bend in the poles scared me so much i couldn't relax. I now use my alu BD poles and don't worry any more...
