Footbox condensation...
Why is it that the footbox gets more condensation than the rest of the bivy? Do the feet really sweat that much more?

Where to buy 1/4" foam in a 72" length?
I'm trying to find 1/4" closed cell foam similar to the Thinlight stuff that comes in a 72" (or a few inches longer if possible) length. Any ideas?

The forecast for my trip tomorrow is high winds with rain. Hmmm.... we'll see how this windscreen holds up (or falls down). Maybe I'll have a CC on order too....

Bivy...
I will be in a Momentum bivy. I'll be gone 5 nights, but the rest of my party is staying on a houseboat. I can always sleep there. I just really want to take off a ways and try out my tarp.

Help! Do I have time to seam seal my tarp?
I have an MLD Spinnaker tarp that I haven't gotten around to seam sealing. I leave for my trip in 8 hours! Do I have time to seam seal it, or does it take a lot longer to dry? (Never don...

Anybody use it for solid fuel?
I'm a solid fuel user, and am wondering if the comment "This is for alchohol stoves what the bushbuddy is to open fires" applies equally to solid fuel. NOTE: All I do (for now) i...

Why buy the Caldera Cone?
I've seen loads of stuff about the Caldera Cone but never bothered to read anything much about it. Is the whole selling point of the CC that it increases fuel efficiency? I use a Ti-Wing stov...

My bivy comes in at 6.3 ounces after removing the bungee that can be tied to the top of your tarp (to keep the fabric off your face). I was holding out forever for a Side Zip Vapr bivy, but after w...
