David, I haven't played with a neoair so I dont know how flexible it is. If it's flexible then maybe you could stuff along with bag/quilt. I just pull my ridgerest out and pack seperate.

Why a tarp?
Why even mess with a tarp? I can see taking one in the unlikely chance you have rain at night but a tarp just blocks out the stars. I usually go the other route and use a bivy without a tarp.
