Thanks for the info... Yeah I guess it'd be kinda pointless. The water here is pretty good anyway... The carbon stoptop does have a nipple on the bottom but I guess its not really needed...

My vote is Merino. As far as I am concerned its personal preference. I can handle some dampness, and don't like to stink, so I go merino. IMO rain pants are pointless unless its cold.
