drum tight
I think I got it figured out. The side guylines were at too steep an angle. The fly's 2-way zipper still mystifies me, though.

Seedhouse SL2 Staking of Fly
I set up my SL2 in the lawn today and can't seem to get the fly taut on the sides. It doesn't make a difference if the fly is clipped to the tent body or not, I just cant get the darn thin...

Na Pali
When I did Na Pali it was pouring raining and the trail was a raging mud torrent. AND it was my birthday. Needless to say, I plan to go back and do it again.

Another tarptent
The double rainbow is a huge tent. I think its big enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs or thereabouts. It has a very easy setup as well. I think it weighs in around 3ish.

New Seedhouse SL2
I set it up in the living room on Monday. It definitely needs guylines! As others have said, the walls are saggy w/out them. 2 Prolite 3S's just fit side by side w/out guylines. I plan to s...

Dirty Girl Gaiters
Just got back from WT1: DSW in Escalante and it was a brutal test for these gaiters. First off I'd like to say that I had to get mine altered to fit my tiny ankles AT NO EXTRA COST! Very awesome...

Backpacking Light Merino UL Pants
So soft and warm! I wear these on rainy days of trail work in ID under my rain pants on a regular basis. Very comfy with no chafing seams so you can go commando in them. Being a girl I like the fac...

Big Agnes Seedhouse SL2
I primarily use the body of the seedhouse in fair weather when the mosquitoes are voracious. Recently I used the whole setup in Glacier NP on a windy ridgetop. I employed all the guylines and got it...

Mountain Hardwear Phantom 32 F, 800 down
Toasty warm, light and water repellent. I couldn't ask for more. The snug hood makes a world of difference in retaining body heat.

I love this shirt. Period. I was skeptical when I bought it, it seemed really flimsy and thin. But it's really warm and cuts a good amount of wind. I'm from Tucson, working in Idaho this su...

I upgraded to this 3/4 length pad from the GG nightlight torso pad. The nightlight just couldn't cut it for me. The ridgerest insulates better, is more comfortable and fits perfectly on my vapor...

REI UL Flash
This bag is awesome, as others have said. It is my everyday go-to pack. Points off for the new pukey green color and the fact that REI reduced the # of inner pockets from the older model, which is a...

(Ladies Underwear!) Hanes TAGLESSĀ® Opaque Boy-Short Women's Panties
