ive never had to worry about stink in my fleece midlayers ... the base layers take the brunt of that not to mention that you can dunk it in a stream, wring it out and still wear it pretty well ....

sitting around and being "comfortable" at that temp a minimum of 4+ oz of 800+ fill down IMO ... probably more if you run cold or get down into the low 20s as to the brand and model...

Montbell Extremely Light Down Jacket
the key to using this jacket is to use it under a windshell or synthetic jacket like a nanopuff by itself the shell is fairly fragile, there are no pockets, there is no waist string ... however ...
