About Me I am wife to Bryan (20 years now) and mother of an 11 year old boy and a 2 year old girl who both love the outdoors as much as we do.

I am the editor of the Outdoor Adventure Canada and Wilderness Cooking websites.

I love backpacking, paddling, running, photography and artistic endeavours.

I am the author of two backpacker's cookbooks called A Fork in the Trail and Another Fork in the Trail which are published by Wilderness Press.
