Winter UL fly fishing
I use neoprene dive booties with a rubber sole. They weigh in at 9 oz. per boot and pack nice and flat. I don't bother with felt soles but they could easily be added.

There's a tool called Geocalc (freebee... google for it) that can do coordinate transformations for you. You still have to convert your coords from UTM to Geographics and Geocalc will do that....
