I think that in this case wp/b fabrics won't help. A skirt is so well ventilating that there would be little difference in temperature and humidity across the fabrics, so it won't work. ...

You can easily use any cordlocks this way, attaching them with a loop that goes through the same hole as the drawcord. This is the way it has been done before all the special cordlocks appeared.
