Re: Great Ideas FWIW - if the pack is fit and worn correctly, the hip belt should be worn around your hips and not your waist, so waist size is irrelevant. |

WTB: 30-40F bag/quilt Last summer an old roommate made off with my wife's WM Caribou, so I need to get her another summer bag/quilt. Something in the 30-40F range, regular size, max 24 oz. |

Re: Dry bags Those orange ones that came with the Arctic packs were the Pacific Outdoor Pneumo (LTW version I believe). I don't think they're made anymore though. |

Re: Center seam on cuben tarp necessary? I know of at least one company that makes their larger sil tarps using 4 panels, so I don't sew why it would be an issue to use 3. |
