I agree the Pecos would be a good choice. It's about as close as you can get to decent elevation, and therefore a break from the heat. AR IMO would be brutal in Aug.

@Konrad "Too bad the pump sack sucks royally." Yes it truly does, I tried it a couple times then bought an instaflator. I sleep really cold and the last thing I need is cold condensation...
