Rod case

Might shed water OK
Actually, given the slope of it's sides, it might shed water OK if/until coating wore out. But virtually no ventilation and the cheap fiber glass poles tend to break easily. I used a cheapy...

Bottom of a disposable pie plate works well as top for IMUSA cup. I epoxied a "flap" to use as handle for the top. .2 oz. Plus I like pie.

Hamster water feeder
Looks like an oversized hamster water tube to me. Hard to imaging a thirsty dog would get that much water from it without getting frustrated.
