1. Yes, you can leave as early as you want. 2. You can take a break on the peak, there are some nice places to sit and relax. Storms don't roll in until the afternoon.

Clay, actually almost all airlines just limit to 45 linear inches, not specifically 22x9x14. Just saying. So many of the above packs would def fit in that category as long as they weren't packe...
