My Locale Bellingham, WA
About Me Grew up in MI. Was in Boy Scouts (made Eagle:), camped often. Started backpacking in college (Isle Royale:D). After 5 years, I begin to think about ULing. Last summer I started with an Exos 58, TT Rainbow, and MH Phantom32 which really got me addicted! Been slowly working down since. Just got a NeoAir XLite (saved 1.75#!), can't wait.

Now I have a TiTri stove (love it), Arc Blast from Zpacks (also love it), and a Bear Paw Cub Den 1.5 (with bathtub poncho floor - thanks John!). So light!:)

I recently moved to WA to pursue an MS in Ecology.

Hi all, I'm a backpacker and occasional canoer/kayaker. I'm really intrigued by the idea of a packraft and mixing the two activities. I considering the alpacka scout as I don't have...

my input
I'm a very happy user of an exos 58, but as I've been getting lighter I've been looking for a true "UL" pack. This is the first I've seen with a mesh panel and was instant...

There should be 2 grates with the Inferno insert: one disc that holds the fire (or baking bag, in this example), and another that elevates the circular grate. You can see them in the third picture ...

Bakepacker replacement
So I just used my new Ti-Tri for the first time last weekend and loved it. I carried a bakepacker UL as I like to make muffins sometimes. HOWEVER, I had the idea of using the two grates from the In...
