It depends
If you tend to run on the cold side, take the WM. The weather can change pretty quickly above treeline in Colorado, and I don't think you'll regret carrying a few more ounces for a warm jac...

I agree with Jeff. Usually a baselayer (Capilene) and then my windshirt over that when on the move. When not moving, I'll put on an insulating layer if needed.
