I'm pretty sure it is the 'Dry Q Elite' that is the rebrand of eVent. The Dry.Q whatever else is just a normal 2.5 layer jacket.

I don't believe GAIA can supply free AccuTerra maps. They do offer caltopo and other usgs maps free just as most offline mapping apps do.
